Fògher outdoor kitchens are modular, meaning you can configure your kitchen exactly how you need it to fit your space and needs. Available options include a sink, fridge, BBQ grill, professional smoker, gas burner cooking hob, induction cooking hob and a wide range of storage options.

A made in Italy design, with minimal shapes, sharp edges and geometrical patterns. A design refined using technology, workmanship and the best materials available. Fògher’s unique design arises from their passionate collaboration with architect Nicola De Pellegrini.

Other well-known outdoor kitchens, are produced using a carbon steel, with a thin powder coating providing the only protection from corrosion. Any weakness or scratch in this powder coating exposes the steel and creates a point where corrosion can begin rapidly if it isn’t immediately repaired.

Fògher manufactures its kitchens from both 304 stainless steel and aluminised steel. Aluminised steel is hot dip coated on both sides with an aluminium-silicon alloy. It is this coating on the steel that provides strong and durable protection against corrosion, an additional layer of protection is added with the rust-proof paint. 304 Stainless steel is resistant to corrosion and is suitable for use outdoors without any additional protection.

The AISI 316 stainless steel Rèditage worktop is 1 mm thick and has an injected core of lightweight synthetic material to increase durability and non-deformability. The pore-free surface makes it corrosion resistant and easy to clean.

The MDI (innovative surface made of natural minerals) 6 mm worktop is injected and attached to the stainless steel and zinc magnesium shell using the patented Phobos process. This system ensures maximum torsional rigidity and thermal insulation so that material expansion is minimised.
